Birth Doula Services

As your birth doula, I am honored to be a part of this sacred transition and will strive to make sure you are respected, empowered and nurtured throughout this experience. Whether it’s helping to organize a birth plan, guiding you through meditations, listening to your anxieties and fears, offering herbal healing recipes, comforting you through massage or supporting your partner in their process, I offer compassionate, non-judgemental support to help in any way that is needed!

My package includes:

-two prenatal visits

-informational email and/or phone support for any questions that may arise prenatally

-help in making a birth plan

-backup doula support in the rare case that severe illness, an emergency or another birth prevents me from attending your birth

-24 hour on-call support during your birth window to be available for you whenever labor begins

-support continuing for at least 2 hours post birth

-one follow-up visit within the first week following the birth

-email support for anything that may arise in the postpartum period

My fee for birth doula services is a sliding scale of $600-$900. I can help you with insurance reimbursement if applicable. I am also open to trade or partial trade, and I offer a lower fee for homebirth clients. I strive to work with a variety of families and will occasionally do a low-fee or volunteer service for the right situation, so please don’t hesitate to contact me!

I’m available for a complimentary interview, either in person or over the phone, to answer any questions you may have and to help you decide if I would be a good fit for your birth experience. You may contact me at:

Postpartum Doula Services

As a certified Postpartum Doula, I am here to help you feel supported and sane as you transition into motherhood. My role as a postpartum doula is to nurture you, so that you are able to be fully present as you and your little one are getting to know each other.

Aside from offering a variety of informational support (i.e. breastfeeding, baby-wearing, soothing) I can do a load of laundry, cook a comforting and nutritious meal, help with light housekeeping or hold the baby while you nap or shower. I can also help connect you with new mom groups in the area and lend a compassionate, non-judgemental ear as things come up for you in new motherhood. Whatever is needed to help facilitate a smooth relationship with you and your little one, I will do my best to help!

My fee for postpartum doula services is $25/hour, $30/hour for twins.
